Our travel agency is not responsible for any issues arising due to missing required documentation. Clients are also responsible for their own travel insurance, which should include medical, cancellation, and accident coverage. Our travel agency is not liable for any incidents or accidents that may occur during the trip.
Changes to the Itinerary:
Our travel agency reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or included services in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or logistical problems. In the case of significant changes, a suitable alternative or a partial refund will be provided.

Our travel agency acts solely as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, airlines, and local tour operators.
